Renovations are complex and require labor and construction material pricing from General Contractors. As a full-service interior design firm, we provide pricing for all of the furniture, decorative lighting, and accessories.
I know when to save and when to splurge and it isn’t uncommon for the rooms we design to have a custom sofa and fluffy feather-down pillows mixed with accessories from Target.

GOOD
Within this budget range, products will endure regular usage, albeit not designed for daily heavy-duty use. These items typically come as off-the-shelf options, allowing minimal room for tailoring size, color, and style according to individual preferences.
Concerns that might arise encompass potential issues like misaligned knobs or doors. Additionally, many items within this range are commonly imported and are not intended for constant, everyday use.
BETTER
These selections are fashioned and tailored for daily functionality. They are products often created from quality materials and have more attention paid to details like pattern-matching fabrics and the alignment of knobs.
Potential considerations are extended lead times and higher costs.
BEST (BESPOKE)
These pieces are the best furniture quality. Esteemed by industry experts, these selections establish the gold standard of material selection and design detail. Like the precision of a master tailor, these items offer complete customization and have unparalleled quality. Naturally, the timeline and pricing are reflective of their quality.
Possible considerations are notably extremely long lead times, limited availability, sometimes made by hand from artisans and craftsmen, and commensurate costs.
